The dictionary definition for passion is "a strong or extravagant fondness, enthusiasm, or desire". Without sounding cliché, I think they forgot to mention Elaine.
Passion is a great one-word description for Elaine. She has a great desire to learn, but at the same time, she has an incredible enthusiasm for helping others. Over a short period of time I've seen Elaine grow. Not only in her art and design skill, but also as a person.
